Does my team pay anything?
No. The subscription is for your company; everyone you invite uses it free, however many people that is.
Can Edgeaxis see my team's check-ins or photos?
Not in the app. Our admin console shows usage counts only — how many check-ins, how many active people — and your contact details as our customer. Your team's check-ins, photos, locations, tasks and challenges are only ever shown inside your own workspace.
What if someone's phone has no camera?
They can still check in with their location. That check-in is flagged “No photo” for their founder and manager, and in the evening digest.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Subscribe from the Billing page with UPI, a card or net banking. If you don't, everything keeps working for a short grace period and then turns read-only — nothing is deleted.
Is there a contract or auto-renewal?
No. You pay for each period yourself, when you choose to. Stop paying and your data stays readable.
